The Colorado Justice System is big on using your past history to destroy your future, and it is called the "Habitual Criminal Act."
For years the Colorado Justice System has been able to use the accused (Individual) past history to increase their sentence in such an extreme manner which closes the door of opportunity for the accused to reform, rehabilitate, or seek options to change his or her life. Sequentially progressing towards reuniting with family, friends, and their community.
The "Habitual Criminal Act" and other Sentencing Enhancement Schemes are used as scare tactics to coerce the accused into accepting plea-type deals that are unreasonable and some unconstitutional, that they would've not otherwise had agreed to.
This "Habitually Screwed & More..., Corp." is a Program and Strong Movement which is designed and focused to bring awareness and educate the public on how the Colorado Justice System operates in the State of Colorado, where an accused past will always be used against them, no matter if their past has been littered with crime or not.
